Set phone call targets for each member of your team. Track performance and measure progress, aligned to weekly or monthly cycles.
How to set phone call targets
- Click Settings → CRM → Targets:
- Click Phone calls
- Choose if you want targets per month or per week:
- You can always change this afterwards, just by clicking the blue text:

Choose the user(s) you'll be adding targets for:
- You can change the target year, and whether to show inactive users:
- Enter the target number of phone calls, and click the arrow if you want the same target to apply to all users:
- Click Save target and that's it:
- Your users can now see a summary of their target-related performance in the top-right of their screen (sales, pipeline, appointments):
- Click this summary to show more detail of your targets:
