Let Upsales bring prospects to you, instead of you spending time searching, filtering, and storing companies.
Click AI → Prospecting → Settings and there are three sections to configure:
Connections
Add business intelligence connectors that include Apollo, Exa, Hunter, Lusha, Zendesk.
Click the Install [1] button and add your credentials, and click Docs [2] to view each connector's help documentation:
Scroll down to use third-party services; click New connection and enter source and API information:
Scroll down further for the Slack workspace connector. Click Add to Slack and enter your workspace's URL.
This also opens the settings sidebar where you can adjust settings for prospecting and the AI workspace:
- Monitor usage and activity of users, the organisation, and agents when prospecting
- Govern spend and set limits for agent creation and activity
- Configure what the AI agents know and can use in relation your business, including its mission, ICP, competitors, and any files that may help inform the agents
- Import or create skills that act as instructions for the AI agents to help with tasks
- Select the AI provider and model, including adding your own provider
Company knowledge
Click to edit what the AI knows about your business, for use in prompts. By default, knowledge is drawn from the CRM. Add details about customers, competitors, add files or write notes:
ICP Weighting
Start by configuring how ICP scores are weighted when sourcing prospects. Increase or decrease the percentages/points based on:
- Fit: How much do you want to find companies that are similar to your existing customers
- Confidence: How sure do you want to be in the information that is surfaced and used
The combined total should always add up to 1.00. If you go under or over, Upsales will let you know and you can either adjust manually or click Fix it for me or click Reset:
