About the Support licence
The Upsales Customer Support licence lets you:

- Find purchase and churn signals earlier

Users can click the Support tab to access all Customer Support features, along with companies and contacts:
About the CRM licence
The CRM licence gives you a sales, marketing and analytics suite:
- Manage the sales process end-to-end, from quote to cash
- Attract leads, build pipeline, and run marketing campaigns
- Analyse performance, find opportunities, fix funnel leaks

How to change a user's licence
- This requires admin privileges
- Go to Settings → Users & roles → Select a user
- In the screen, you'll find the user licence option, showing which licences are active for that user
- If you have already activated Customer Support, you can click the toggle to change between
- Only Support licence
- Only CRM licence
- Both
