How to analyse and report on Customer Support tickets

You can find, filter, and crunch data relating to Customer Support tickets in the Report Centre.

The Report Centre contains pre-built reports for you to explore your team's Customer Support performance.

  1. Click Analytics → Report centre:

  2. Under the Dashboards list, click Created by Upsales → Customer support:

  3. You can now view the status of all your Customer support tickets. Under Group by, click a tab to group by User, Role, Ticket type, Company, Year, Quarter, Month:

  4. You can edit the columns by clicking the cog icon:

  5. You can also view widgets showing tickets that have been created, closed, remain open, and how many open tickets are assigned to specific companies:

  6. Hover over a widget and you you'll see options to filter or edit the appearance:

  7. Click any of these widgets to explore the data in greater detail:
