You can find, filter, and crunch data relating to Customer Support tickets in the Report Centre.
The Report Centre contains pre-built reports for you to explore your team's Customer Support performance.
- Click Analytics → Report centre:
- Under the Dashboards list, click Created by Upsales → Customer support:
- You can now view the status of all your Customer support tickets. Under Group by, click a tab to group by User, Role, Ticket type, Company, Year, Quarter, Month:
- You can edit the columns by clicking the cog icon:
- You can also view widgets showing tickets that have been created, closed, remain open, and how many open tickets are assigned to specific companies:
