Upsales AI automatically analyzes all your sales interactions and both summarises and alerts you to important signals given from customers and leads.
Upsales Relation Signals AI scan your email inbox. These signals are displayed inside Upsales and help you evaluate your business relationship with the contact or company.

How does it work?
A large portion of sales dialogue happens in emails. Previously, Upsales users could manually log emails from their inbox into Upsales. Now, The Office365 and Gmail integrations automatically import your business emails into Upsales.
When the emails are imported, Upsales analyses them to determine whether there are any positive or negative signals from the company or contacts. Upsales should also extract any important to-dos and notify the user about these.

Q: How far back does the sync import emails? |
A: Emails sent and received 3 months prior to activating the integration. |
Q: How does Upsales AI determine if the email should be synced to my account? |
A: Aside your email exclusion settings Upsales also checks to see if the email domain exists on any contacts/companies in Upsales. |
Q: Where can I see the signals? |
A: When you've activated the Upsales AI for your Gmail/Outlook app inside Upsales and the initial analysis have been done the signals can be found on either the company page, contact page, in opportunities and inside Phone calls.
