Customer portfolio: How it works

Explore the feature for gaining important insights into your business performance. Monitor your customer base, spot trends, manage risks, and take action.

Customer portfolio gives you year-on-year insights across your:

  • Customer performance
  • Risk exposure

Customer performance 

Click Sales & CRM → Customer portfolio → Customers:

The Customers tab displays performance data for your business over the past 12 months:

  1. Buying Companies Trends
    Track trends in the number of buying companies compared to the past 12 months
  2. Total Sales Insights
    Get an overview of total sales and its trends
  3. Sales Distribution
    Understand how sales are distributed among existing customers, new customers, and potential gains from greater customer retention:

  4. Industry Breakdown
    Explore sales contributions by industry segments (for companies with a Swedish Standard Industrial Classification SNI)
  5. Lost Customers Analysis
    Analyse customers who didn't make purchases in the past year

Risk exposure

Risk exposure is available with Company Data Hub

Click Sales & CRM → Customer portfolio → Risks:

You can identify levels of risk, the nature of risk, and credit rating levels:

Companies with sales or current ARR > 0 are shown in the risk tab. Note that the result my be different depending on the permissions of the user viewing the Customer Portfolio. 
  1. Risk in customer portfolio
    View customers at risk on a scale of: High, Potential, No risk. Compare distribution across industries to identify trends
  2. Credit score distribution
    Gain a clear picture of credit ratings (and potential risk of bankruptcy) within your portfolio
  3. Risks List
    View risks on your customers, such as payment issues, bankruptcy forecasts, or credit rating changes. Click a row to view signals relating to the customer

View by companies or sales

Click the tabs to change the view between number of companies, or sales over the past 12 months:

Users

Click the dropdown to filter Customer portfolio by account managers:

Sales model

Depending on your Sales model, you can switch between viewing Contribution Margin, ARR, MRR, and total order value:
