QA: Type of sales - the definition

EN: New sales are all sales calculated for the first calendar year per customer 

Existing sales are all the sales the calendar years after that first year.

 

Example 1: Customer A has an order in February 2024. All orders will be counted as "new" that calendar year. A new order is created in May 2024 - that order will still be regarded as "new". Another new order is created April 2025 - that order will count as existing sale.

Example 2: Customer A has an order in December 2023. That order will count as new. Another sale is made one month after in January 2024, a different year - that sale will count as an existing sale. 

 

SV: Ny försäljning är all försäljning det första kalenderåret beräknat per kund.

Befintliga försäljningar är alla försäljningar under de kalenderåren efter det första året.

Exempel 1: Kund A har en försäljning i februari 2024. Alla försäljningar kommer att räknas som "nya" det kalenderåret. En ny försäljning görs i april 2025 - den försäljningen kommer att räknas som befintlig försäljning.

Exempel 2: Kund A har en försäljning i december 2023. Den försäljningen räknas som ny. En annan försäljning görs en månad senare i januari 2024 - den försäljningen kommer att räknas som en befintlig försäljning.
