My profile: Overview

After you sign up to Upsales, visit My profile for features to support your goals, save you time, and personalise your experience.

How to find My profile

Click Settings → My profile:

This shows a top-level summary of some top-level metrics:

Here's where you can:

  • Edit your contact information
  • Set language and time zone
  • Set date and number formats
  • Select main country for Bisnode or click the toggle to turn it off
  • Change your account password

Upsales mobile app

After downloading the Upsales mobile app, you can activate:

  • Click-to-call 
  • Prefilled notifications

Email tracking

Toggle to collect data on email opens and click-throughs

Personalising your Upsales dashboard

You don't have to settle for a one-size-fits-all experience. You can:

  • Choose starting screen
    Click the dropdown to choose what displays after logging in
  • Hide tabs
    Click toggles to hide tabs from your Upsales menu
