Take your data anywhere, by exporting in spreadsheet format.
Please note: To export data from Upsales you need the permission setting called "Export permission". This is controlled by the administrator role in your Upsales account.

How to open a report
Before exporting, set up the report you want to use:
- Click the Analytics tab:
- Select or configure the dashboard to export:
- You can use filters to customise your report.
How to open a list
You can export a list of sales orders or any other Sales & CRM list in Upsales.
- Click Sales & CRM:
- Click the dropdown for the list you want to export:
- Use the filters to refine the data for export
How to export information
You can either export everything, or choose specific rows:
- To export everything, click the Export icon:
- To choose specific rows, tick the box on the relevant row (the top box selects all):
- This opens a list of options, including Export:
- You can now choose the fields to include in the export

- To remove a column click X:
- To rearrange a column hover over the hamburger icon and click and drag:
- Click a field to add, or click Select all:
- Click Export or toggle to export order rows:
- You'll get a notification when the export is ready:
How to create a template for exporting
You can save configured exports as templates, to use again and save time.
- Organise and choose the columns for the export template, and click Save template:
- Enter a name for the export template and click Save:
- A dropdown appears, showing your saved template and any others saved previously:
- You can click the dropdown to switch between saving the new template and updating an existing template:
- To change template names, hover over the template name and click the edit icon:
