Do you assign lead scores based on company and contacts email interactions with you? Here's how to customise the lead scores.
- Click Settings → Marketing → Email settings:
- Scroll down to Score email recipient's actions and click each field to update the scores for:
- Opened emails
Decide on scoring for open rates - Clicked emails
Clicking usually suggests interest, so this tends to be the highest score - Unsubscribed
The default score is -5
