Here's how to connect a follow-up to an email you've previously sent.
- Open the sent email
- Click + to add a follow-up:
- Under Create a follow-up, choose To-do, Phone call, Appointment, Opportunity or Order. To link the email to something that already exists, choose Relate to something already in Upsales instead.
- Fill in the details as you would for any new to-do, phone call, appointment, opportunity or order, and save it.
