You can copy an email you've previously created or received, instead of starting from scratch.

How to copy an email you sent
- Open the email you want to copy from the Sent Emails list.
- Click the copy icon:
- You can now update the internal email campaign name and email type:
- Click Next: Templates & design to edit the email
How to copy an email you received
- Click Sales & CRM → Emails → My received emails:
- Click the email you want to copy
- Click the dropdown and click Copy email:
