When sending or logging emails in Upsales, you can relate them to your tasks. Then when you open a task, you can see the related email.
Email relations is available in Tasks – your free upgrade to Activities. Contact us to get Tasks and unlock lots of new features including Email relations.
How to add an email relation
- Scroll to the history of a company or contact and locate the email:
- Hover over the three dots to show options:
- Then click Relate to something already in Upsales:
- Click or search for the task related to the email:
- You can tick one of each task type, then click Save:
Where to view emails related to opportunities
- Open the opportunity
- Click the Tasks tab
- You'll find the email in the History section:
Where to view emails related to phone calls & appointments
- Open the phone call or appointment
- Scroll to the History section:
- Click the company icon:
- You can find the email in the company's History:
How to create follow-ups on emails
When clicking the three dots, you might have noticed the Create a follow-up option:
Click to add a follow-up and this will also appear on the Leading up to section of:
- Opportunities
- Phone calls:
- Appointments:
