The Appointments list helps you track and prepare for your appointments.
If you use Google Calendar, Office 365, or Exchange 2016 Server for your calendar, you can sync your activities and appointments between your calendar and your Upsales account.

Please note: Any synced activities and appointments will only be synced from todays date and 90 days forward in time. Read more about syncing here
Opening the Appointments List
To view activities, complete the following steps:
- Select the Sales & CRM tab.
- Select the arrow next to Activities.
- Select one of the following:
- My appointments this week
- My appointments this month
- First Meetings This week
- Saved activities - for any of your saved lists
The list of appointments you selected is displayed.
In the Appointments list you can either:
- Edit a specific appointment
Click on the appointment to edit details
- Bulk-edit all appointments
Click the box in red below:
