Here's how to edit a marketing Flow after it's been created.
When you create your Flow or view a Flow from the Flows list, you can view the flow statistics to see its performance. To make changes:
- Click Marketing → Segments & flows → Flows:

Click the Flow you want to update
Active Flows need to be paused first. All contacts stay paused in the flow. If any contacts no longer meet the Flow criteria, Upsales removes them from the Flow. If a contact meets the criteria again, they rejoin the Segment where they were removed.
- Click Edit flow:
- If you're editing a blank Flow, click Add where you want to add steps:
- For an existing Flow, click the step you want to change
- To delete a step, hover over the step and click the Trash icon:
- Click Save draft when you've made your edits:
- You can now activate the flow. Click the Status dropdown and click Activate flow:
If any contacts no longer meet the Flow criteria after your edits, Upsales removes them from the Flow. If a contact meets the criteria again, they join the Segment at the place where they were removed.
