How to create reports
- Click Analytics → Upsales Insights → Reports:
- Click Create:
- Choose the report type you want to build:
- Choose fields by either using the search bar or clicking the dropdown:
- Next to each field you can click icons for pivot, filter, and more info about the field:
- Click Run when you have added your chosen fields:
- Click the cog icon to complete the following actions:
- Save
- Download
- Save and schedule
- Merge results
- Remove fields and filters
- Clear cache and refresh
How to merge results
Among the options is Merge results. This lets you combine data from different reports.
- Click Merge results:
- Search and click the results you want to merge
- Click Explore from here to analyse the results:
- Click the cog icon → Save for different save options:
- These include save and schedule, as a new or existing dashboard, or as a Look (where it will be available when you click the Reports tab)
