The Leads report shows how many assigned leads have converted into customers.
- Click Analytics → Insights:
- Click the Dashboards dropdown and click to choose Lead Outcome:
- Click to sort the lead outcome by three tabs – user or role assigned to, assignment date, and campaign:
- Click the dropdown to drill down in greater detail:
- You can now start analysing the leads report:
- Conversion Funnel shows how many:
- Leads were assigned
- Appointments were booked on assigned companies
- Opportunities were created on assigned companies
- Orders were sold on assigned companies
Companies are only counted once, even if you have multiple appointments for the same company.
- Assigned Leads shows how many leads have been assigned during the selected time period.
- Unengaged Leads shows how many assigned leads have no appointment, opportunity or closed deal for the selected time period.
- % Hitrate to appointment/opportunities shows how many unique companies have booked an appointment or created a new opportunity during the selected time period.
- % Hitrate to order report shows how many unique companies have an order booked during the selected time period.
- Average days assigned - > app shows average number of days between a company being assigned and an appointment being booked. This does not reflect the actual appointment date.
- Average days lead - > opp shows average number of days between a company being assigned and an opportunity being created.
- Ave days Lead - > ord shows average number of days between when a company is assigned and when an order is closed.
- Ave opp value shows average opportunity value.
- Ave Order Value shows average value of orders from assigned leads.
- Number of orders shows total number of orders, as a comparison for orders from sales vs. orders from marketing.
- Average order value shows average value of orders, as a comparison for order value from sales vs. order value from marketing.
