A: If you want to use a senders that isn't one of your users there are two ways to do it:
- Go to settings > marketing > email settings. Fill in the sender profile and set a default email and name. For example, if you want all of your email campaigns to be sent from marketing@companyname.com you put this email address here and it will be chosen as default for your email campaigns.
- If you want to be able to choose from several email addresses that aren't any of your users' you can create inactive users and set them as visible in dropdowns and filters. By doing this you will be able to choose them as senders for your email campaigns, if you want to send some mails from marketing@companyname.com and other mails from noreply@companyname.com, for example. Inactive users doesn't count as a licens and there is no additional cost to add them.
