A: No. Phone calls, activities and appointments are kept when you delete a call list or campaign. Only the list or campaign itself is deleted, along with its links to other records.
Call list: the phone calls in the list keep their user, company and contact, but they no longer belong to any call list.
Campaign: companies, contacts, orders and opportunities are kept but are no longer connected to the campaign. Email campaigns linked to the campaign that are still scheduled are cancelled: they are not sent and get the status Removed campaign.
