A: On demand lets people watch the recording of a webinar after the event time has passed. It is available for webinar events that use Univid, or Other with your own links. Zoom Webinar events don't have the on demand option.

1. In the event, choose Webinar as the event type and pick your webinar provider.
2. Turn on Provide webinar on demand after the event time has passed.
3. If you picked Other, paste the recording link from your webinar provider in Custom on demand link. The link must start with https://. If you picked Univid, there is nothing to paste: the link comes from Univid.

The on demand link is available as the tag {{Mail.OnDemandLink}} (On demand link in the tag list), which you can insert in your event emails.

With on demand turned on, you can also add the automated event email On Demand. It is sent to people who sign up through the event's form after the event time has passed. They get the status Signed up on demand.
