Your company profile is automatically generated in emails, landing pages, and ad templates.

Note: Only users with Administrator access can update the company profile.
Where to find company profile
- Click Settings → Marketing → Company profile:
How to update address & contact details
This usually appear in the footer of your pages and emails.
- On the Company Profile screen, select the Address & contact details tab:
- Update your Company name to appear on your templates.
- Enter the Address information for readers to contact you.
- Enter the Phone number for readers to contact you.
- Enter the Email for readers to contact you.
- Select Save.
How to upload logos
We recommend uploading two logos. One for dark backgrounds and one for light backgrounds.
File types that can be uploaded
- Scroll down or click the Logo tab on the Company Profile screen:
- To upload a logo image file, hover over and either:
- Click Change to use an image file.
- Click Enter URL to use an image hosted online
How to update colours
You can define four default colours to use in your templates for mail, advertising and landing pages.
- Scroll or click the Colours tab:
- Click to add a HEX code or select a colour from the colour picker for each of the following:
- Main colour
- Button
- Content background
- Background
- To define an extra colour:
- Click + under Extra Colours.
- Enter the HEX code or select a colour from the colour picker.
- Select Add.
- Select Save at the bottom of the screen.
To delete an extra colour, hover over it and click X:
How to use custom fonts
You can add custom and Google Fonts for your forms and landing pages.
- On the Company Profile screen, click Custom fonts:
- Click Add font
- Start typing the name of the font in the Font field. Or click Browse on Google Fonts to search on the Google Fonts website:
- Your chosen font displays with its variations:
- Select Save.
- Repeat to add more fonts to your profile. These will display on the Company Profile page and will be available when creating forms and landing pages:
How to change typography
You can control font family, size, colour and formatting for:
- Main title
- Secondary title
- Preamble
- Paragraph
- Link
- Button
- On the Company Profile page, click Typography:
- Click to choose Forms & landing pages or Email
Note: Custom fonts are not available for emails - Select the Font family from the dropdown list of select web-friendly fonts. Any custom fonts you have added to your profile are listed first:
- Select the Text size from the dropdown list.
- Define the Text colour by entering the HEX code or selecting a colour from the colour picker:
- Define additional formatting by selecting the Bold, Underline, and/or Italics icons
- Select a colour for Buttons, Footer links and Footer text
- Select Save at the bottom of the screen.
