How to organise your lists of data.
After you've sorted, customised the columns or filtered a list, you can update or save it.
- Click the dropdown next to the view title:
- Click Save view:
- You can now give the list a name, description, and set whether to share with users or roles:
- The list is now available when you click the dropdown:
Some lists don't support the save and share. These include:
- E-signs
- Advertising
