You may wish to merge companies, perhaps because of mergers, acquisitions, or simply duplicate entries.
One company becomes the primary company and one becomes the secondary. The primary company automatically accepts the secondary company's data.
How to merge one company into another:
- Click Sales & CRM → Companies & contacts
- Go to the company you'd like to be the primary company
- Click More → Merge companies:
- Choose the company to merge into the primary company, and click Move data to:
- That's it!
