Types of potential risk alerts
-
Bankruptcy: Potential risk shows when a company in Signals faces bankruptcy proceedings. This early warning system allows you to take proactive measures to minimise potential losses and protect your bottom line.
-
Reconstruction: Potential risk also shows when a company applies for reconstruction. Similar to bankruptcy, unpaid invoices from a company under reconstruction can pose a significant risk to your business.
- Changes in Board of Directors: Potential risk shows when board members are added, resign or are replaced, allowing you to evaluate the potential consequences and adjust your sales strategies.
- Other company status changes: Potential risk shows any other change of company status that signals risk, for example Liquidation in progress, Dissolved, Payment suspension or Inactive. The alert reads "Company status changed to" followed by the new status.
