Which companies can be monitored
To be eligible for monitoring, companies must:
- Be active in Upsales
- Have a valid Company Data Hub ID
- Be a limited company
How to set up credit monitoring
- Click Settings → Account → Business rules → Credit monitoring:
- Click the Selected list view to add existing company lists or create company lists for credit monitoring. These lists are dynamic, so companies are automatically added or removed when they meet or no longer meet the criteria you set:
Credit-related data comes from Company Data Hub. This is updated approximately every hour, with companies automatically added or removed each day
How to remove companies from credit monitoring
There are three ways:

Remove lists in your credit monitoring
Open credit monitoring and select the X next to the list you want to remove: -
Adjust filters in the company lists you've added

Manually exclude companies
Open credit monitoring and click the X next to the company to exclude. Excluded companies appear in the Manually excluded tab:
