With credit monitoring, you can keep track of a company's credit status and get automatic notifications and take action when changes occur.

Credit monitoring requires the Company Data Hub add-on. Administrators can activate and manage it.

Which companies can be monitored

To be eligible for monitoring, companies must:

• Be active in Upsales
• Have a valid Company Data Hub ID
• Be a limited company (applies to companies in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland)
• Be registered in one of these countries, and that country must be included in your Company Data Hub subscription: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom

Companies in your lists that don't meet these requirements appear in the Cannot be credit monitored tab on the credit monitoring page.

How to set up credit monitoring

1. Click Settings → Account → Business rules → Credit monitoring:
   
    
2. Click the Selected list view to add existing company lists or create company lists for credit monitoring. These lists are dynamic, so companies are automatically added/removed when they meet/no longer meet the criteria you set. A list must have at least one filter to be used. A list without filters is marked This list is not used due to not having any filters and no companies are monitored from it:
   
   

Credit-related data comes from Company Data Hub. New companies in your lists are added to monitoring every hour, and companies that no longer match are removed once a day. Credit changes are fetched once a day.

If your lists contain more companies than your Company Data Hub tier allows, the credit monitoring page shows Credit monitoring paused and no more companies are added to monitoring until the tier upgrade is approved. A billing admin approves it in the Billing portal.

How to remove companies from credit monitoring

There are three ways:

1. Remove lists in your credit monitoring
   Open credit monitoring and click X next to the list you want to remove:
   
   
2. Adjust filters in the company lists you've added

3. Manually exclude companies 
   Open credit monitoring and click X next to the company to exclude. Excluded companies appear in the Manually excluded tab:
