Add a hyperlinked image
Below shows a video screenshot with a play icon encouraging the user to click:
Embed this into an email as normal, by clicking Insert image in the email editor:
Click the image and then click hyperlink icon:
Add the video URL details:
Click the Target tab. To make the video open in a new tab, click New Window:
Click OK and that's it!
Link to an Upsales landing page
Create a landing page and add a video element:
Add the video URL (supports Vimeo and YouTube):
Now you can create your email and send recipients to the landing page.
Attach the video to the email
After creating your email and choosing the recipients, you can attach the video. In Settings & send, scroll down to Attachments:
The maximum file size is 15mb. However, we recommend checking that your recipient is happy to receive a file of this size. It may slow down their server, or there may be limits on file size. For example, Outlook limits attachments to 20mb.
