Are you planning, launching, or refreshing an email campaign? Among the many event templates, you can also start with a blank template.
The blank template comes with many features you'll recognise if you've ever used a common CMS or website builder.
You can drag-and-drop elements using a WYSIWYG editor, before editing the content, appearance, layout.
Plus you can share the email before sending, and have it audited for accessibiliy and any missing elements such as images or unsubscribe link.
- When creating an email campaign, instead of selecting a template, select Start with a blank template:

A blank canvas appears. In the sidebar there are four tabs to use with the template:
- Content
Add different content elements to the template, including videos, buttons, images, and HTML boxes
- Blocks
Add blocks of rows or columns and a footer with an unsubscribe link
- Body
Edit the email's fonts, colours, and hyperlink settings
- Audit
Run accessibility checks for any missing alt text, links and images - Start by adding a row, and then drag-and-drop from different sections to build the email template:
- Click More options to send a test email, share a link to the template, save or change the template:
- Click Recipients to add a segment, use a sales campaign, or select contacts from a contact list:
- Click Settings & send to add the sender and subject line, confirm the recipients, make any final edits, add any attachments
