How to set a default sender profile for your email campaigns.
- Click Settings → Marketing → Email settings:
- Add the default email address. This is often generic and not attached to one person. For example, info@companyname
- Choose how your company emails are structured. For example, Firstname Lastname:
- Add company Name, Address and Phone number (helps comply with anti-SPAM rules):
- Add a Disclaimer. This can be used anywhere in email templates using the tag ‘General.CompanyDisclaimer’:
