You can copy an email you've previously created or received, instead of starting from scratch.

How to copy a sales email
- Open the sales email you want to copy from the Sent Emails list.
- Click the reply dropdown and select Copy:
- Edit the email and then either click send to send the email immediately, or open the dropdown to send a test, preview, or schedule the email:
How to copy a marketing email
- Open the email marketing campaign, click the email you want to copy and click the copy icon:
- Select whether you want Upsales to draft the email or write it yourself (1), enter the new email's campaign name (2), click the dropdown to choose the email type (3) and click Next: Templates & design to edit the email:
How to copy an email you received
- Click Sales & CRM → Emails → My received emails:
- Click the email you want to copy
- Click the dropdown and click Copy email:
