You can create a copy of an individual email to start a new item just like it.
To create a copy of an email, complete the following steps:
- Open the email you want to copy from the Sent Emails list.
- Select Copy to a new email.
- The Send email screen opens. The Subject and Body are pre-filled with the details of the copied email, but you can change any of the details as if you were creating a new email.
- Preview, schedule or send the email as you would with a new email.
