Snooze is a feature for delaying actions in a Flow.
For example, sending a follow-up email two days after a prospect has downloaded your product guide.
- Start creating your Flow
- The Don't send on weekends toggle and the When to send emails? time window (in the time zone set under In what time zone?) don't affect the Snooze length. If your Snooze ends on a Saturday, Upsales sends the email on Monday. If it ends outside the time window, Upsales sends the email when the window next opens. Both settings apply to emails only. Other actions after a Snooze, such as creating an activity, run when the Snooze ends, also on weekends and outside the time window:
- Click Snooze:
- Enter a Quantity and choose days, weeks or months under Date range. The shortest Snooze is one day:
