When troubleshooting updates, try these fixes.
Fix 1: Cache
Try clearing your browser cache.
If the form still looks old, open the form's Upsales-hosted link in a private browser window. If the old version shows there too, contact support.
Fix 2: Raw code
Forms published with the Raw code option won't update automatically. Open the form in Upsales, copy the code from Raw form code and paste it on your website again.
If the form has custom scripts, they are not included in the raw code. Copy them from the same tab and add them to the page as well.
Fix 3: Embedded form is cut off
The Width and Height in the Embed on website code are fixed when you copy it. If you add fields to the form later, the new fields can fall outside the frame on your website. Copy the embed code again, or increase the height value in the code on your website.
