The Company group area of the Relations smart tab on the Company Card makes it easy to cross-sell and up-sell to related companies of your existing customers.
Company groups is an add-on feature that only works in the Nordic countries.
You can see which companies within a group you already have as a customer or a lead, and the sales rep assigned to that company.
Select the Upsales icon to open the company card for a company that already exists in your account.
To add another company from the company group, complete the following steps:
- Hover the mouse over the green + icon to the right of the company in the group.
- Select one of the following to purchase the company for your database:
- Add to existing - to purchase the company and add the information to an existing company card
- Add as new - to purchase the company, add it as a new company, and create a relation between it and the current company
