The Company group section of the Relations tab on the company card lists the companies in the same corporate group as the company you are viewing. Add them to Upsales to cross-sell and up-sell to related companies of your existing customers.
The company group requires the Company Data Hub add-on, and the company must be connected to Company Data Hub. If no group is shown, see Why can't I load a company group?
Click Sales & CRM → Companies & contacts → open a company card → click the Relations tab:
Companies in the group that are already in Upsales show their account manager and their sales for the last 12 months. For a company that is not in Upsales yet, click:
- Add to add it as a new company
- Merge with to add its company data to a company that is already in Upsales
To add every company in the group that is not in Upsales yet, click Add entire company group. The button is shown when 100 or fewer companies in the group are not in Upsales. In the window that opens, choose the Account manager, optionally Add to campaigns and categories, and click Add to add the companies.
If your company cards have required fields, you fill them in before the companies are added.
