Advanced reports
Advanced reports help you take your analytics to the next level by combining data across the whole system to give you the most important insights. Our advanced reports can be found in the widget library.
Customer growth grid
The Customer Growth Grid is designed to help your company discover hot leads within your existing customer base. Where you often have a higher success rate and shorter sales cycles.
Group by company, and click the dropdown to display product or product category:
The grid is colour-coded:
- Blue = has purchased
- Red = hasn't purchased
- Yellow = open opportunity
Click a cell to view opportunity value and plan a follow-up or next step
Filter & group on custom fields
You may already be using custom fields to customise your Upsales experience. Now you can bring the same flexibility to your reports. Any report can now be filtered and grouped by your custom fields both inside the widget settings, as well as on a whole dashboard.

All your filters are imported automatically and can be used right away. The following types of custom fields can be used to filter:
- Date
- Yes/No
- Select

Send & schedule reports
In Report centre PRO you have the option to send a dashboard directly or by scheduling it. Choose between email or Slack. For each option, you can also specify recipients and any dashboard filters to apply.
How to schedule a report:
Set up automatic reports on key metrics, for colleagues to receive daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly.
- Create your dashboard
- Click the three dots:
- Click Schedule or send dashboard:
- Click Scheduled mailing:
- Click Next step Settings:
- Click +Create new mailing:
- You can now add a name, description, frequency, recipients, filters, and whether to send via email, Slack or Microsoft Teams:
- You can also choose to send as a PDF or PNG:
- You can send a test report if you click Test mailing:
- When you're ready, click Save schedule:
- The scheduled mailing now appears in your list. Under the Interval column you can duplicate or delete:
How to send reports immediately
- Create your dashboard
- Click the three dots:
- Click Schedule or send dashboard:
- Click Send now:
- Click Next step Settings:
- You can now add a name, description, how often to send, recipients, and filters:
- You can send a test report if you click Test mailing:
- When you're ready, click Send:
How to send reports in Slack
Start by activating the Slack app in Settings.
- Click Settings → App directory:
- Enable Slack
Once the app has been activated send or schedule a report in the Report centre as shown above. Select Slack as your option and what public channel the report should be sent to.
