AI Meeting Notetaker

Creating a meeting? You can get it automatically transcribed and summarised by Upsales, and attached in minutes as a text file.

To use this Product you need a calendar integration with Google or Microsoft

This Product gives you a written record of all online appointments with external contacts, whether you've booked from Upsales or your calendar app. 

Click the Notes tab to view the transcript, and select the AI summary tab for a report including:

  • Appointment summary
  • Stakeholders and roles
  • Discussion points
  • Next steps

How it works

  1. Activate the Product
  2. Create an appointment with an external contact and include an online meeting link
  3. The AI Meeting Notetaker will request to join the appointment, as a bot (you can refuse the bot entry for appointments where you don't want a transcription or summary)
  4. When the meeting ends or all attendees have exited, the bot starts transcribing and summarising
  5. After a few minutes a text file will appear in the appointment, containing the transcription and AI summary
