Support Admin: Role overview

Permission needed:
Support Admin
Available with Product:
Customer Support

This role allows you to manage Customer Support tickets, emails, and templates.

When creating users and roles, if you have activated Customer Support you'll have the option of Support Admin. This role can:

  • Manage Customer Support ticket rules
  • Set up Customer Support emails
  • Manage custom fields for support tickets
  • Create and edit templates for responses and automatic replies
  • Delete Customer Support tickets
