Projects/Service Admin: Role overview

Available with Product:
Project management

This role allows you to manage projects/services, settings, and triggers.

When creating users and roles, if you have activated Projects you'll have the option of Service Admin. This role can:

  • Manage project triggers
  • Manage project priorities and statuses
  • Manage custom fields for projects
  • Create and edit project templates
  • Create and edit project templates for services
