Create templates for projects for service-related workflows.
- Click Settings → Project → Project templates:
- Click Create new:
- Select service
- Click Next step Details
- Enter the service details:
- Title (required)
- Assignee (they will receive a notification)
- Click the toggle to automatically set matching tasks to the assignee
- Type (required)
- Which product/s should be used for the template
- Which opportunity stage to create the service (required)
- Click the toggle to set the template as active
- Click Show available tags to add dynamic tags
- Click Next step Tasks
- Click to add a to-do or phone call:
- Add a title (required) for the task, and click the toggle if you want to set the task as priority (so it appears at the top of the task list)
- Add any notes (shown to other users in your Project licence) or a signature:
- Click Save
- Either add further tasks or click Next step Products
- Click Add to add products related to the order:
- Give the product list a name and click Create
- Add the products and/or product categories and click Add product:
- Repeat for every product, and then click Next step Files
- Add any files related to the task and click Save
- The template is saved in your list, and can be copied (to save time instead of creating a template from scratch) or deleted by hovering over the edit and hover icons:
