Activating this feature makes logins to Upsales a two-factor authentication (2FA) process, adding an extra security layer.
Make sure all your users have mobile numbers added to their Upsales profile before activating this feature. Otherwise they'll be unable to login.
- Activate Enterprise Security
- Click Settings → Account → Security → SMS authentication
- Check if any users don't have a mobile number stored in Upsales. Click their name and add the number:
