You can upload and store files relating to sales, opportunities, and marketing.
Multiple file types can be uploaded and stored on the following record types:
Maximum file size per upload = 25mb. Maximum storage per account = 20gb

Uploading files to Companies and Contacts
Files may be associated with either Company or Contact records. You do not have to be the owner to add a document to a record.
- Locate and open the company or contact card
- Click Create → Upload file:
- The Upload file box displays:
- Upload by either dragging the file or clicking the Upload button

The file(s) will display in the list, with the total number of files in the record on the Documents tab:
Uploading files to Opportunities and Appointments
Files can be associated with event records such as Opportunities and Appointments:
- Open the opportunity or appointment
- Click the Upload file button at the bottom of the record:
- Upload by either dragging the file or clicking the Upload button, and click Save
- The record closes and you are returned to the location where you opened the record
Downloading files
You can download files from records you own so that you can view it
For Company and Contact records
Click the Documents tab and click the file to download:
For Opportunity and Appointment records
Click the Files tab and click the file to download:
Deleting files
Hover over the file and click the Trash icon:
