Weekly/monthly quota

Available in add-on:
Subscriptions

You can adjust targets based on your sales and business cycles.

When setting targets, you can choose between monthly or weekly. Depending on your target type, you can also choose between:

  • Ongoing
    You can set these once, and they stay the same across each period (eg 5 phone calls monthly)
  • Weekly/monthly
    These may include a currency value and can be added for individual time periods (eg $1,000 in January 2021)

How to change between monthly or weekly

  1. Click Settings → CRM → Targets:

  2. Depending on your sales model, click the target types that appear, such as:
    - Targets: Subscription
    - Targets: One-off
    - Targets: Pipeline
    - Targets: Phone calls
    - Targets: Appointments

  3. Click the per week/per month:

  4. After setting targets, users will be able to see their progress at the top-right of the screen:
