You see the Marketing tab when both of these are true:
- Your account has Marketing Automation or another marketing add-on, such as Email Marketing or Events. Without one, the tab is hidden for every user, administrators included. Contact Upsales to add it.
- You are an administrator, or you have the Marketing access permission.
To give a user Marketing access, an administrator clicks Settings → Account → Users & roles, clicks the user, and under User's role & permissions turns on the Marketing access toggle, then clicks Save. Only users with a CRM license can have Marketing access.
