Here's how to quickly update your sales funnel using lead qualification.
- Open your contacts list:
- If you can't find the contact, filter by journey status:
- Select a contact and click the dropdown next to the contact journey status:
- Choose either:

Sales qualify
Good chance the lead can become a customer. Changes journey status to Sales Qualified Lead. -
Disqualify
Little/no chance the lead can become a customer. Changes journey status to Disqualified. The lead is also removed from your lists (but you can always find disqualified leads using filters)
