To qualify or disqualify a lead, complete the following steps:
- Open the company or contact card.
- Click the arrow next to the journey status (below's journey status is "lead") in the sidebar:
- Click one of the following:
- Sales qualify - indicates there is a good chance the lead can become a customer and changes the journey status to Sales Qualified Lead.
- Disqualify - indicates there is little to no chance the lead can become a customer and changes the journey status to Disqualified. It also removes the company/contact from your lists (but you can always find disqualified leads using filters).
