Here's how to quickly update your sales funnel using lead qualification.
- Open the company or contact card
- You can filter by lead status:
- Click the dropdown next to the journey status:
- You can now click to qualify or disqualify:
- Click one of the following:
- Sales qualify - good chance the lead can become a customer. Changes journey status to Sales Qualified Lead.
- Disqualify - little/no chance the lead can become a customer. Changes journey status to Disqualified. The lead is also removed from your lists (but you can always find disqualified leads using filters).
