How to assess sales reps' performance using Upsales Insights.
This dashboard helps you identify your top performers – and who's having challenges.
- Click Analytics → Upsales Insights → Sales Efficiency Coaching:
- This gives you an overview of your sales funnel performance, from appointments to opportunities to orders:
- Scroll down to Conversion rate comparison within selected role
- This shows the % of appointments that lead to opportunities, and the % of opportunities that lead to orders:
- Under the Sales Rep column you can compare performance between your team members
- A high % helps identify high performers. Meanwhile, a low % means potential problem areas:
- Scroll down to view what's needed for a rep to meet their quota:
- Scroll down to view trends over the past three years:
- Click any of the metrics to drill down:
- Use the insights to identify where sales reps are performing ell, and where they might not reach quota targets
