Account Growth: Last met

This column helps you organize companies based on how long since you had a meeting together. 

Why use 'last met' 

This is part of the account growth features that help you identify which customers to focus on.

You can view the customers you haven't met with for a long time. Get in contact – maybe they've been waiting to hear from you.

How to view last met

  1. Click Sales & CRM 
  2. Click the dropdown next to Companies & contacts and click Account growth:

  3. If Last met isn't visible in the column headers, click the edit column cog icon:

  4. Search for last met under the company fields or use the search bar:

  5. Click to select and add the column. You can also click and drag to rearrange the column order:

  6. To sort into ascending or descending order, click the arrows next to the column header:
