How Sales 12m is calculated
Sales 12m is the total value of the company's won orders (100% probability) with an order date in the last 12 months. Each order row counts as price × quantity.
- The 12 months are counted back from today. They don't follow your fiscal year, so the value won't match a report for a calendar or fiscal year.
- Orders in a stage with Exclude turned on in the stage settings are not counted.
- The value is shown in your Master currency.
- The column includes all of the company's orders, also orders you don't have access to.
- The value is updated when an order is saved or deleted, and every night.
