The column compares what you've sold to the company during the last 12 months with the prior 12 months.
Tips on how to use this column:
- Sorting to show companies with the biggest change on top shows which of your customers have grown the most in purchase value in one year. These customers might be saturated and not your biggest concern.
- Sorting to show companies with the smallest change on top shows which of your customers have the least purchase growth in one year. Perhaps there are some upsell opportunities hidden here?
