Explore the columns in Account growth – a feature for finding customers with high (or low) growth and upsell potential.
The ARR/MRR column is selectable inside the Account growth company list. It helps you sort companies based on their ARR/MRR change during the past 12 months.
The column compares the ARR or MRR today compared with the ARR or MRR 12 months ago.
Why use ARR/MRR change 12 months
- Sorting to show companies with the biggest change on top shows which of your customers have grown the most in ARR or MRR value in one year. These customers might be saturated and not your biggest concern.
- Sorting to show companies with the smallest change on top shows which of your customers have the least purchase growth in one year. Perhaps there are some upsell opportunities hidden here?
How to view ARR/MRR 12 months
- Click Sales & CRM
- Click the dropdown next to Companies & contacts and click Account growth:
- If ARR/MRR 12m isn't visible in the column headers, click the edit column cog icon:
- Search for ARR/MRR 12m under the company fields or use the search bar:
- Click to select and add the column. You can also click and drag to rearrange the column order:
- To sort into ascending or descending order, click the arrows next to the column header:
