Getting Started

Activate the Application

Go to the Upsales app library and activate Business Central integration.

If the app is not available, contact your account manager.

Authenticate and Configure
-
Authenticate with Business Central and press Save.

Select the environment and company in Business Central.

Choose the stage in Upsales that should sync to Business Central.

Select a fallback user (if an order does not match an existing user, it will default to this user).

Decide whether to create orders or invoices in Business Central from Upsales.

Initial Sync Process

Once authentication is successful, the sync process begins:

Products: Imported from Business Central to Upsales.

Clients: Only clients that have active orders/invoices
- Contacts: Only contacts linked to a client with an order are synced

Historical Orders/Invoices: Imported depending on the selected module.

How to Use

Close an order or invoice in the matching stage chosen in the configuration in Upsales. It will automatically create this entity in Business Central.
